Aircraft Painting :
This activity comprises of Interior & Exterior painting of aircraft as per the drawing specified by the manufacturers / owners of the aircraft duly approved by the regulatory authorities. This shall be undertaken in the Maintenance Hanger facility during aircraft major maintenance checks and will be carried out by professionally qualified experienced staff employing Internationally approved standards in use of paint, raw material and duly approved personnel.

Aircraft Spares Distribution and Storage :
Which includes storage and distribution of the certified aircraft spares and equipment which are new and obtained under cover of acceptable documents from approved sources.

Aircraft Toilet Maintenance :
Which includes INSITU maintenance of toilet waste system for vacuum and reticulating toilets fitted on aircrafts. This process cleans the waste lines and toilet tanks making them free from blockages or residue deposits which create toilet problems. This activity is carried out by our technical staff as per aircraft manufactures AMM procedures.

Cabin Maintenance and Inspection :
Livelwel Air Team means a great deal to customers looking for Cabin Maintenance. We offer major and minor inspections of the cabin during checks and at line stations. Our dedicated aircraft cabin maintenance team is capable of providing general cabin maintenance for all components during base halts.

Aircraft Transit Certification :
Livewel Air Team has extended its facility for its airline customers in providing Transit Certification for aircraft's coming into Mumbai Airport covering Boeing 737-200 / 300/ 400 / 500 / 600 / 700 , Airbus A-300/310, Airbus A320, Boeing 747-200 / 300 /400 airplanes.

Composite Repairs : Which includes all aircraft cabin items and fixtures.

Meal Cart & ULD container repairs :

• Facility for repair & complete overhaul of old Meal Carts possessed by the Airline at their facility :

  • Providing & fixing of latches and locks, four wheel brake with two collapsible pedal system, repairs of doors, hinges, individual panels, side, base, top with solvent cleaning giving a fresh look to all exterior surfaces.

  • Activity carried out by trained staff, resulting in high efficiency and cost reduction.

• ULD Control & Repairs :

  • Our Aviation Company possesses the infrastructure for repairing damaged Unit Load Device containers which are very important for baggage safety and loading ensuring safe delivery from one destination to another.

It has made a one-stop solution to our airline customers to get services all under one roof at Mumbai Airport which is our maintenance and aviation service base.

• Repair of Dolly & Pallets
  'Livewel Air Team' is the first and only repair agency in India to carry out the repairs of different types of pallets used by various Commercial and Cargo Airline Operators at Mumbai. It is the only approved firm by D.G.C.A. Govt of India.
  
  Our facility is well equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the complicated repairs on the pallets of various manufacturers in the world. We have also facility to carry out specialized Aluminium Welding recommended by pallet manufacturers as per "Class C" requirement of MIL-W8604 A and also as per standards laid down by ALUMINIUM ASSOCIATION (AA). The edge rails of the pallets are welded as per 'MIG' procedure. Soon we are planning to introduce latest technology of 'Pulse Arc' welding using 'Argon and Argon Rich Shielding Gases' to achieve controlled short circuit free metal transfer by selecting suitable parameters for background current and pulsating current. This technology will enhance higher quality results and also eliminate heavy weight of equipment and easy mobility to operate.
  
  Our repair team is headed by Quality Control Manager and other Technical Experts in field of Aviation Industry, They are aptly assisted by technicians and skilled workers.
  
  We have carried out repair work on as many as 2500 numbers of pallets manufactured by vendors like ALUSINGEN AND ALUTRUP, Germany and also SATCO, U.S.A to the best satisfication of our customers. So far, not a single pallet repaired by our agency failed in operation.

Inventory Management :
The Livewel Group earning its reputation through sincere dedication to quality, dependability and performance has let many Aircraft Manufacturers and major Airlines to be one of tier agents to market excess inventory. As a part of new product business, livewel Aviation Services has designed marketing arrangements for the manufactures and Airline surplus materials by providing inventory control systems on its premises. The Company has also developed a “Consignment out” program in which spare parts, inventory is supplied on consignment at the operators facility, so that the parts are readily available for sale. In addition we want to initiate a “Hybrid Consignment” arrangement which supplies a surplus parts “pool” on the premises for both its joint venture customer and other airline under distribution management.

Our seat overhaul facility carries out passenger seat refurbishment programme for various seat manufacturers.

‘C’ Checks Maintenance At Hanger Facility
Our team carries out cabin interiors during c-chek which includes :

• Galley repairs and overhaul
• Supply and fixing of all furnishings

Electrical Galley Equipment Repairs :
For ovens, coffee makers and boilers using approved facilities for test and repair following maintenance manual procedures.

In modern Aircraft, Galley plays a very important part to serve the passenger. For this purpose many items/equipments are used, such as :-

• Galley Ovens
• Water boilers
• Coffee Makers
• Bun Warmers
• Plate Warmers
• Hot jugs and cups, etc.

Livewel Air Team is fully equipped to carry out complete repair, overhauling and testing of all the above mentioned galley items. In addition to the above galley items, Oven Control Module and Electro Mechanical Control Box can also be repaired/tested.

Maintenance of Trimmings, panels, Drop Tables, Overhead Bins, etc. used in Commercial Aircraft :
To carry out maintenance, repair and restoration of finish by use of approved material and using standard engineering practices on trimmings, panels, drop tables, overhead bins, etc. used in commercial aircraft.

Restoration of Acrylic Passenger Window of Aircraft :
Aircraft Window Crazing carried out during checks to solve the problem of scratched passenger windows by developing a two stage operation which restores an acrylic window to its original clarity on completion of the process. This operation will be carried out by our trained and licensed staff including the certification from our licensed AME issuing a job completion report approved by the DGCA. Our DGCA approved facility has sophisticated equipment which is used to measure the thickness of each window pane, before and after the process, with the help of ultrasonic thickness gauge and the same has been approved by DGCA, also widely used by FAA approved repair stations abroad.

Maintenance/Repair of Electronic Ballast, Cabin Lighting & Exterior Lighting
Fluorescent Lamps require special consideration for operation. The voltage/current characteristics of lamps shows a negative slope in normal operating range. The lamps require high voltage to strike the lamp arc and their limiting to keep constant current. The Ballast is used in various locations and can operate in either Bright and Dim mode. Dim mode is 20% of Bright mode current. Dim mode is used at night or when required to decrease the level of ambient light in the cabin.

The Ballast used in aircraft is an ESDS type of device. Its testing/repair requires static controlled facilities. Livewel Air Team have complete facilities for a static controlled work station with all the modern and sophisticated special tools and equipment's such as ESDS Specified temperature controlled soldering and desoldering equipment's made in U.S.A., Ionized Blower, work bench with conducting mats on flooring and electronic mat on table top. In addition to that we are having Fluke Digital Multimeter and multipurpose Megger, etc. The ESDS work station fulfills the requirements of Boeing specification 177360-D293.

Livewel Air Team will follow approved procedures for maintenance and repair for this purpose, the tools and work areas is available. Livewel Air Team has the necessary technical personnel to undertake this work along with approved person to certify the work performed.

Each & every repair of life vest/jackets is thoroughly inspected & serviced by our trained technicians having experience on the same, finally certified by our licensed AME with the necessary DGCA approval & procedure as per CMM.
